• Overseeing work done by the BOM, IT Support, and Material Support teams.
• Coordinating coverage and time off requests for my direct reports.
• Finding the root cause and implementing fixes for transaction errors, then documenting the process and training an international team on how to do the same.
• Writing and improving queries using T-SQL in addition to OBIEE in order to support the materials and operations team.

BOM Engineer

• Creating and updating bills of material for various engines and subassemblies for four different GE transportation plants based on engineering drawings.
• Working alongside the Build and Release engineer to update assembly BOMs and configurations in Oracle ERP and Proficy MES, and then testing and troubleshooting the updates.

IT Project Manager

• Supporting changes made to the MES and answering questions for shop floor operators.
• Writing queries using OBIEE to support the materials and operations teams.
• Consuming PTN linked components through the MES for materials tracking.
• Correcting transaction errors between Proficy MES and Oracle ERP.

Resident Technician

• Diagnosing and repairing computer issues for students and faculty.
• Helping full time staff resolve classroom podium issues.
