Link

LINK IS THE YOUNG HERO OF THIS TALE.

Living in Kokiri Forest, Link is the only Kokiri who does not have a guardian fairy to call his own. You will step into his shoes, and explore Hyrule as both a child and adult—moving back and forth through time. As you mature, the people and places that you interact with will be different, and you may even come across new items that your younger self could not wield. Actions taken at a young age may also have an effect when you step back into the shoes of a matured Link..

Princess Zelda

She is the King’s daughter, and Hyrule’s princess. She is counting on Link to save Hyrule.

Ganondorf

This sinister man comes from the desert in the western part of Hyrule. Ganondorf desires the Triforce.

Navi

Navi is Link’s guardian fairy, supporting him during the adventure with hints and observations.

Sheik

The mysterious Sheik’s motives are unknown, but it seems he wants to help…

Saria

She is Link’s lifelong friend, and fellow resident of Kokiri Forest.

Darunia

Head of the Goron people, Darunia is well-known and well-liked.

Impa

Tough but kind, Impa is the sworn protector of Princess Zelda.

Talon, Malon, Ingo

These three work on Lon Lon Ranch, the only ranch in Hyrule.

King Zora

He is the King of the Zora, a tribe that lives underwater.

Epona

Epona is Link’s loyal steed, a reliable companion that helps him travel the fields of Hyrule at a much faster clip.

Kokiri People

These childlike people live in the Kokiri Forest. Each has a guardian fairy, and cannot survive outside of the forest.
